If players save Counselor Florrick's life in Act 1 of Baldur's Gate 3, she'll appear again in Act 2 looking for Grand Duke Ravenguard. Players can't help her directly at this point, but they can cross paths with her a third time during Act 3. Much like in Act 1, Florrick is in dire need of the players' help.
